Deanship of Human Resources to Become a General Administration and Al Nahari as it Director

His Excellency King Khalid University President, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaallah Al-Solami, issued an administrative decision to restructure the Deanship of Human Resources to become a general administration. His Excellency also appointed Professor Muhammad Shaya Al-Nahari Al-Qahtani as its Director General.

The decision describes the General Administration of Human Resources' primary responsibility as  managing  and developing human resources efficiently and innovatively, by investing in distinguished human capabilities, in accordance with modern best practices.

According to the new structure, the General Administration of Human Resources includes multiple departments: the Academic Human Resources Operations Department, the Human Resources Development Department, the Human Resources Planning Department, the Administrative Human Resources Operations Department, the Salaries and Allowances Department, as well as the Human Resources Operations Department for the Female Section.

The General Administration also has a number of newly formed divisions, such as the Employment Division, Planning & Job Creation Divisions, the Benefits Division, the Scholarships Division, the Training & Development Division, the Performance Management Division, the Employees Time & Attendance Monitoring Division, the Records Division, in addition to the formation of a Documentation Unit.

Additionally, the General Administration of Human Resources holds the departments of Internal Communication, Quality Assurance, and Data and Information, where each of which has a number of different divisions.

On his part, the Director of the General Administration of Human Resources, Professor Muhammad bin Shaya Al-Nahari Al-Qahtani, expressed his gratitude to His Excellency the University President and the Vice President, for entrusting him with this task, believing that the employees of the General Administration of Human Resources will be able to achieve the university's goals in this regard.
