The Deanship of Human Resources’s Annual Ceremony
His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, attended the Deanship of Human Resources annual ceremony at the Conference Center in the University City in Al-Qara'a.
His Excellency the President of the University stressed during the ceremony that human capital is the most important element in the process of development. His Excellency pointed that the university is keen on fostering human resources and human talents, through training and equipping employees to achieve excellence. He added that the programs offered in the field of human resource by the university contributed to discovering a large number of training competencies at the university and enhanced their presence as experts who have has a wide participation in training programs held by various institutions.
On his part, the Dean of the Deanship of Human Resources, Dr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Qarni, explained that the strategic focus of the Deanship is to contribute to the realization of human achievement and shift the trajectory from human performance to management performance.
Al-Qarni also said that the Deanship of Human Resources adopted a value of empowering professional behavior through highlighting human abilities and talents, and creating initiatives that serve the objectives of employees in the university.
It is noteworthy that the celebration witnessed the honoring of many parties and individuals who had contributed with the Deanship in achieving its annual goals.
