Rector signs contracts for projects worth more than 35 million Saudi Riyal.

His Excellency King Khalid University President Prof. Abdulrahman Hamad Aldawood has signed a number of contracts and special projects relating to the university and its colleges in the University City in Abha, and a number of colleges in the provinces of Asir. The total amount of these contracts is estimated at 35,768,312 million Saudi Riyal.

The signed contracts included a security contract in order to secure the University guarding spots in the university branch in Tehama costing a total amount of 3,579,300 million Saudi Riyals. Another contract has been signed to secure the civil guarding spots of the university units in the cities of Abha, Khamis Mushayt, Sarat Obeida, Dhahran Al-janoub, and Tanumah, with a total amount estimated at 13,416,000 million Saudi Riyals.

Another contract has been signed with some medical companies in order to secure a number of supplies for Dental Clinics project at the girls section in Alsamr with the total amount of 1,511,111 million Saudi riyals. In addition, a contract with a company specializing in systems and information has been signed to create the infrastructure for the unity of medical services unit with a total amount estimated at 3,389,485 million Saudi Riyal and 4,444 416 million Riyals for the project of operating and maintaining computer labs, and studios at King Khalid University. Finally, is a contract to support the projects of the dental Clinics at the Department of girls in Alsamr, with a total amount of 9,428,000 million Riyals.
