University President Attends Business and Community Partnership Agency's Celebration of 2023 Achievements

His Excellency, the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajallah Al-Solami, attended the annual meeting of the University's Business and Community Partnership Agency and its affiliates to review the achievements of 2023. The meeting was held at the Business Center and was attended by a number of university officials, employees, university partners, businessmen, and investors.

 

In his speech, His Excellency stressed the important role of the Business and Community Partnership Agency and the tasks entrusted to it in developing university revenue, promoting the optimal investment of the university's assets, and strengthening entrepreneurship and community partnership. He said, "What we have seen is only a small part of the achievements that have been made, and we all strive for more in the future - God willing -".

 

His Excellency added, "We emphasize the importance of everyone's efforts to continue the success and contribute to achieving the university's goals and serving young entrepreneurs in the region."

 

For his part, the Vice-President for Business and Community Partnership, Prof. Abdulatif bin Ibrahim Al-Hodethi, thanked His Excellency for attending and participating in the agency's annual meeting celebration. Al-Hodethi said, "Without the grace of God and the unlimited support that the agency has received from Your Excellency, we would not have achieved what we see today. We all hope to continue to see the achievements of the university in general and the Business and Community Partnership Agency in particular." He added, "The establishment of the Business Center during this stage was a great achievement, as it is one of the important enablers for the agency to implement the university's ambitious strategic plan, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, the directives of the Ministry of Education, and the Asir Development Strategy".

 

Al-Hodethi continued, "Praise be to Allah, today we see an advanced center that leads entrepreneurial, investment, and volunteer work in the required manner." He concluded his speech by thanking the agency's employees for their constant and diligent work and their efforts to achieve the strategic goals of the agency and the university, calling on everyone for more excellence.
