The Deanship of Human Resource Participates in PMP Training Program

The Deanship of Human Resources at King Khalid University participated in a PMP  training program  presented by the consultant for strategic management and project management, engineer Tariq Hassan.

The program included a number of topics,  most prominent of which are  the knowledge framework for project management according to the methodology of the International Project Management Institute, the project work environment and its importance, the life cycle of projects and the factors surrounding them, the main roles and skills of project managers, managing an  integration processes, scope of work, schedule and project budget,  formulating standards for project management , quality ,operation project management,  keys to managing distinguished projects, ethical codes , professional conduct for project managers, in addition to an actual exam form similar to the professional certification exam.

The aim of the program is to understand the knowledge framework of project management according to the methodology of the International Project Management Institute, to raise the skills of a successful project managers according to the best leading practices, to introduce the tools and techniques of project management  and to achieve the requirements needed for the professional certification exam, pmp.

Its worth noting that  at the end of the program, the Dean of the Deanship of Human Resources, Dr. Ali bin Jaber Al-Olayani, honored the trainees from the university.
