The University Human Resource Trains more than 470 Employees
The Deanship of Human Resources, represented by the Department of Administrative Development at King Khalid University, implemented four training courses for the university’s employees, with more than 470 trainees benefited from them.
Dr. Ali Al-Alayani, Dean of Human Resources Deanship, explained that the training courses included developing financial performance during crises, managing transformation with work methodology, and developing and training subordinates Kuching for managers and how to deal with Corona disease - infection, examination and prevention.
Furthermore, Al-Alayani pointed out that these courses came from the Deanship's leading of the professional development processes for university employees, considering it a strategic option as a part of its strategic plan and as a scientific tool that reflect its effective partnership into a practical procedures to achieve the university's strategic goals.
