2000 Ipad for Computer tests

A division from the Faculty of Computer Science at King Khalid University has conducted 22 new experience in testing a course of computer skills, using 2000 iPad for student for less than 2 hours.

The Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Dr. Abdullah Al Raba said that he prepared for the exams early, in coordination with the Department of Networking at Information Technology Directorate to check wireless connections and the Maintenance Department to provide the stands necessary to perform the exams. The Deanship of e-learning provided iPad devices in addition to the needed support and assistance during exams.

He added that the setup included coordination with the professors of the course, the distribution of Divisions on different times and exam preparation, as well as the communication with students through e-learning system and SMS.

Number of students described Ipad test as a new experiment, which enabled them to get their results quickly, as soon as they finished testing.
