6 colleges at University exchange experiences in applying Quality System

Quality and Development Deanship at King Khalid University held the 2nd Scientific Meeting under the title" The Experiences of King Khalid University in Applying Quality System: Developmental Work Plans"

6 colleges participated in the meeting with presentations of their experiences in applying Quality System through two sessions. There was also a presentation to the College of Science for girls, Abha. It was presented by the Head of Quality and Development Unit at Pharmacy College, Abha, Prof. Hesham Suleiman. The Colleges of Education and Arts for girls, Abha also presented a presentation by the College Vice-President for Quality and Development, Dr. Dawla Asiri.

In the second sessions, the Medicine College Vice-President for Quality and Development, Dr. Ali Al-Qahtani presented the college experience in applying Quality System. After that, there was a presentation of the Head of the Unit for Development and Quality, the College of Arts and Sciences for Girls in Khamis Mushayt, compound 1, Dr. Jehan Abdulrahman.  Then, the head of unit for Development and Quality, Education College, Bishah, Dr. Saad Mohammed Mubarak Al-Remthi presented his presentation.

At the end of the meeting, the six colleges which participated with plans of development in the meeting, were honored due to the participation of their experiences in the application of the Quality System.

It is noteworthy that The meeting comes within the tasks and responsibilities of the Deanship for Development and Quality towards operations done to approve and monitor the indicators of the quality of academic and administrative performance, and to help the colleges of the university and the academic programs in the preparation and implementation of self-evaluation plans and the preparation of self-study and to meet the requirements of the National Assessment and Accreditation.
