General Conditions:
- The applicant must be a Saudi.
- The applicant must have Masters certificate from either a Saudi university or any other university from which the applicant's field of specialization is recognized in Saudi Arabia.
- The applicant must have a GPA of at least very good.
- Correspondence of specializations in bachelor and master.
- The applicant must pass any personal interview or tests to be conducted by the department or college he or she is applying to.
