The King Khalid University (KKU), represented by the Admission and Registration Deanship, has held intensive educational meetings targeted at large number of the secondary stage students, the third grade (literary, scientific, memorization of the Koran). The meetings were held in all the  provincial centers of Asir region, and the affiliate villages. The purpose of such meetings was to familiarize the students with the mechanisms and conditions of e-admission and registration as well as on how to follow-up the admission process. Furthermore, the importance and objectives of the two examinations - general aptitude, and academic achievement - were introduced to the students. These two examinations are arranged by the National Center for Measurement and Evaluation (Measurement). The students were introduced to the impact of these examinations on their grade ratings, and the grade ratings that are available to all disciplines and departments in the university. The move came within the university's policy which has been pursued since its inception; that is, an active community participation, and providing constructive services for all members of the society.

It is noteworthy that the number of beneficiaries of these meetings exceeded 4,500 students, coming from Asir region and affiliated provinces, villages, and centers.
