Bisha University signs an agreement with the Directorate of Health Affairs in the governorate.

Under the auspices of His Excellency the assigned President of Bisha University Prof. Abdulrahman Hamad Aldawood, a memorandum of understanding was signed yesterday morning between Bisha University, represented by the faculties of Medicine and Applied Medical Sciences, and the Directorate of Health Affairs in the governorate of Bisha.

The agreement is stipulated to take advantage of the large health potentialities made available by the presence of Health Affairs facilities which help in educating health colleges' students, in addition to training them through these facilities. Furthermore, the agreement included the provision of lectures and theoretical clinical lessons, with the opportunity to train the graduates of health colleges in the internship stage, and to evaluate them according to the approved regulations of health colleges. In addition, the agreement guarantees the provision of health, therapeutic, and consulting services, and contribution to the development of community health, plus participating in the preparation of seminars, conferences and workshops, as well as the development of scientific research in the health fields prevailing in the area, and finally, helping to disseminate research.

Bisha University was represented in this Agreement by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine who is also the supervisor of the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Abadi Al Salim. The Directorate of Health Affairs was represented by Dr. Meateq Saad Al Sarhani.
