The closing session of pioneer leaders program.

The University Vice - President for Development and Quality, Dr. Ahmed Yahia Aljbaili has sponsored the closing ceremony of the "pioneer leaders" program in its second version. The ceremony was organized by the Administrative Leaders Preparation Center. The ceremony began with an address by the Director of the Center, Professor Abdulrahman Alfaifi, in which he thanked the Rector of King Khalid University, Prof. Abdulrahman bin Hamad al Dawood, and His Excellency the Vice - President for Development and Quality, Dr. Ahmed Aljbaili, on their devoted efforts which guarantee the success of the center's programs. In his speech, the Director further congratulated the students graduating from the program on the achievement they have made. After that, the program Director Prof. Mansour Al-Qarni presented a report about the achievements of the program.

In his turn, the University Vice - President for Development and Quality expressed his happiness with the frequent successes of administrative leaders programs. He said, "The achievement we are seeing today is something gratifying, and I promise to meet your requests as the program goes on, and I promise to double my support for it."

It is noteworthy that the number of students who enrolled in this program exceeded 650, and the program was varied between training courses, analytical studies, selected readings, debates, and practical projects. These requirements have been completed by nearly 200 students. It was like a student initiative that was adopted by the Rector in addition to the Leaders Preparation Center. The initiative was considered a whole program that is continuous over the full academic year. The objectives of this initiative were to explore the energies of leadership among the young students of the university and refine these energies in a systematic manner with the provision of a suitable environment in order to improve leadership skills among students.
