King Khalid University Receives Building Compliance Certificate from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing

King Khalid University, represented by the General Administration for Facilities, obtained a building compliance certificate from the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, in return for applying standards that ensure the quality of building facades and provide a healthy and sustainable urban environment.

The General Director of Facilities at the University, Mr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Asmari, explained that obtaining this certificate reflects the quality of urban landscape in cities aspired to achieve the strategic goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. He praised the efforts of the General Administration of Facilities team and the efforts of the departments working in the same direction, which resulted in implementing the requirements and standards that contributed to the university buildings obtaining this certificate. 

It is noteworthy that the university’s  obtaining the building compliance certificate comes in line with the university’s 2030 strategic directions, as these main directions include providing an attractive university environment that enhances the quality of life.
