University President Visits the College of Business in the New Campus and Attends College Council
On Monday the 15th of November 2021 the College of Business at King Khalid University held the first college council in the new campus in the University City in Al-Qara’a, in the presence of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, after finalizing the college transfer to the new campus in Al-Qara'a university city.
His Excellency the President of the University praised the faculty and employee efforts in the transfer of the college, noting that other colleges will transfer graduallyaccording to the university’s plan in coordination with the relevant authorities.
The Dean of the College of Business, Dr. Fayez bin Dhafra, explained that the college students and staff have resumed their lectures in the new campus، he added that the college will hold an orientation to introduce the college facilities and halls. He commended his Excellency directions and follow up during the process.
Its worth mentioning that the college received the university vice president Prof. Muhammad bin Hamid Al-Behairi, accompanied by the general director of Education in Asir, Dr. Ahmed Khadran Al-Omari, where they met the Dean of the College, college members and staff.
Note: the University City project in Al-Qara'a is one of the major projects due to its estimated area of 8 million square meters.
