“KKU Pride”Ceremony to Honor 113 Excellent Students
On Monday the 12th of April 2021, His Excellency the University President, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Allah Al Solami, attended the KKU Pride ceremony. The ceremony was organized by the Center for Guidance and Counseling at the Deanship of Student Affairs, to honor the university's outstanding students. The ceremony took place in the University City in Abha, and was attended by a number of University Deans and Vice Deans.
The ceremony aims to honor the students who have achieved a GPA of 5 three consecutive semesters.
On the occasion, the University President commended the efforts of the ceremony organizers, assuring that such events are crucial in encouraging the culture of excellence among university members, he also congratulated the students and asked Allah to always help and guide them.
On his part, the Supervisor of the Center for Guidance and Counseling, Dr. Waddah bin Mohammed Al Alamai, stressed that celebrating and honoring excellent students reflects the University's interest in encouraging, motivating and guiding students.
At the end of the ceremony, a visual presentation of the most prominent efforts, achievements and services of the Center for Guidance and Counseling was presented.
