Deanship of Admissions and Registration Announces Academic Schedule Management Dates
The Deanship of Admission and Registration at King Khalid University is pleased to announce the dates and mechanisms for managing academic schedules (delete, add, and visitor) for the fall 2020 semester.
Dean of Admissions and Registration, Dr. Abdulmohsen Algarni, emphasized the necessity of commitment on the announced dates and taking advantage of the electronic services available via Academia. Dean Algarni pointed out that his team has created a service allowing the deletion/addition of courses this semester for special cases.
Student schedules will be published on the 27th Dhu al-Hijjah, while deletion and addition will be available through Academia, including visitors (internal visitor) starting from the 28th of Dhu al-Hijjah to the 4th of Muharram.
Deletion and addition will be available for graduates through the Academia portal on the 28th and 29th of Dhu al-Hijjah. Deletion and addition will be available through the communication service from the 4th to the 7th of Muharram. Postponement will also be available from the 20th of Dhu al-Hijjah to the 17th Muharram. Re-enrollment will be available from the 20th of Dhu al-Hijjah until the 17th of Muharram.
