Community Service at the University Organizes Executive Strategic Planning Training Course
The Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education recently launched a training course entitled "Executive Strategic Planning" within the Mubaderoon initiative on the 28th and 29th of Shawwal.
Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Prof. Omar Alwan Aqeel, explained that the course is tailored for women in the strategic planning space. noting that the course will run from 7 pm to 10 pm. Dean Aqeel praised the efforts of the Community College in Khamis Mushait in developing the course.
The course aims to introduce participants to the methods used to formulate the strategic vision and mission and how to set the strategic goals for the organization; how to do integrated environmental analysis using the quantitative SWOT matrices; factors that affecting the success or failure of strategic choice; the precise implementation of the strategy and how to link the organization's strategic plan with the execution plan, in addition to understanding the methods used to review and monitor the implementation of the strategy.
