Rector Al-Solamy Launches Opportunity Investment During the Coronavirus Crisis Online Forum
His Excellency, King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh Al-Solamy, sponsored the opening ceremony of the Opportunity Investment During the Coronavirus Crisis Forum. The forum, organized by the College of Education, is slated to be held for 3 days beginning on the 13th and ending on the 15th of Sha'ban.
"The government directed all of its potential, efforts, and facilities to serve citizens and ensure their safety. The electronic system achieved great success during the COVID-19 crisis and the launching of this online forum is an example of that," said Rector Al-Solamy. He then congratulated the College of Education's Dean, faculty members, and the E-Learning Deanship for their efforts in supporting university students, employees, and facilitating the educational and administrative process.
The Dean at the College of Education began by explaining that this forum was designed to build skills during this distressing time. He commended the government for taking the necessary precautions. Dean Alkahlan thanked all forum organizers and His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy for his tutelage.
The first day of the forum covered two sessions. The first session, titled "Opportunity Investment and Crisis Positivity", was chaired by Prof. Abdullah Al-Khasi with the participation of Dr. Dafer Al-Hamad and Dr. Abdulrahman Alharthi. The second session, titled "How to Learn Online", was chaired by Prof. Ali Shetwi with the participation of Dr. Naif Jebli and Dr. Adel Gahahmesh.
