Business College Dean, Dr. Fayez Dhafrah, announced a bevvy of qualitative student final MIS degree projects. These are "capstone" projects that graduating bachelor degree candidates must complete to demonstrate their overall proficiency in the degree program.

Dean Dhafrah expressed his satisfaction with the projects because they serve both the students and the community at large. MIS Department Head, Dr. Adel Asiri, noted the capstone projects span a variety of critical functions, such as smart systems that auto-generate exams based on desired learning outcomes. Two capstone projects involve monitoring educational performance for evaluative purposes. Other projects include: An online driving school, an educational data mining system, advanced encryption software, and a mobile electronic shopping application.
