The Deanship of Human Resources will be holding a series of workshops aimed at internal faculty development. These workshops will focus on developing teacher cognitive skills and practical training/evaluation in various aspects of education. The current plan is for 240 teachers to attend 8 different workshops. Vice Dean of Human Resource Development, Dr. Nasser Al-Qumaishan, is spearheading the effort. He pointed out that this initial series of workshops is intended as a model and proof of concept to be expanded and utilized in the university system on an ongoing basis in the future.
