King Khalid University Rector Prof. Falleh Al-Solamy sponsored the 89^th National Day Celebration at the Tehama Branch on Thursday. The event was conducted in Mohayil under the supervision of Tehama Campus General Supervisor, Dr. Ahmed Atif Al-Shehri.

At the beginning of the ceremony, His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy commended the collective efforts of the Tehama Campus, stressing that King Khalid University is enjoying clear and tangible progress in all of its campuses during a prosperous era of the Kingdom. He explained that the Kingdom is blessed with peace, prosperity and national unity on the 89^th anniversary of the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Later, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Science, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qayed, welcomed His Excellency Rector Al-Solamy and thanked him for sponsoring the ceremony, delivering his congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, His Royal Majesty King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense on the observation of the 89^th National Day.

Of noteworthy mention, the ceremony also included a poem presented by Prof. Mohammed Al-Qarni.
