The Third Scholarship Forum organized by the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research discussed a variety of topics during the first day. "Requirements and Obstacles to Scholarship" and "The Academic and Legal Systems of the Scholarship Countries" were presented by Dr. Ahmed Al-Omari and Dr. Obaid Al-Dosari.

The forum included a lecture by Dr. Areej Asiri on the "Obstacles and Requirements of Scholarship Programs" and a lecture by Dr. Mohammed Al-Shughibi on the "Regulations of cultural attachés". The forum also included a speech by INTCAS Director of Communities & Market Development, Anthony Hackney, and a speech by UK universities representative, Phillip Hallowt. After, USA universities representative, Javie Willie, and Australian universities representative, Sarah Nash, delivered information sessions.
