Customer Experience Expert Camp Comes to an End

Yesterday, Sunday the 12th of the June 2022, His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, attended the closing ceremony for the

"Customer Experience Expert" camp, which was organized and held by the University's Beneficiary Care Center, for a period of two weeks, with the aim of improving the experience of tourists and visitors to the Asir region.

The General Supervisor of the Beneficiaries Care Center, Dr. Ebtisam Al-Qahtani, explained that the camp was lunched on the 29th of May 2022, and included 3 basic courses in customer service, call centers, and customer experience, noting that the camp included the participation of a group of experts who shared their experiences and expertise in the field.

The camp activities were held in a number of locations to enrich the skills of the beneficiaries, with the participation of a number of authorities, most notably Asir Development Authority, the Saudi Electricity Company, Human Resources and Social Development in Asir, Abha Airport, and Civil Affairs in the region.

It is worth noting that camp participants reached more than 30 beneficiaries from inside and outside the university, who all obtained CXE certificates.
