His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, received, the Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mr. Osaf Saeed and his accompanying delegation in his in his office in the University City of Greger.

His Excellency the President of the University welcomed Mr. Osaf and his accompanying delegation, while his Excellency the ambassador expressed his joy to visit King Khalid University.

During the meeting, the university presented a number of possible projects for international cooperation among which were the central laboratory project, the exchange of visiting professors and student training, cooperation in the field of scientific research in a number of vital fields (basic sciences - artificial intelligence), attracting distinguished international students especially in the qualitative disciplines, international conferences in the university’s premises to stimulate tourism in the region, cooperation in the field of tourism, and attracting industrial companies in relation to the university’s research interests.

The meeting was attended by the university vice president of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Hamid Al-Qarni, the university vice president for Development and Quality, Dr. Marzan Al-Shahrani, and the supervisor of the International Cooperation Department, Dr. Miteb Khabrani.
