His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Salami, inaugurated this morning, Thursday the 4th of March , the upgraded version of the user service system, which acts as a link between the university and the beneficiaries of its services.

During the inauguration ceremony, which was attended by the General Supervisor of the General Administration of Information Technology, Dr. Muhammad Al-Saqr and the supervisor of the Beneficiaries Relations Center, Dr. Ebtisam Dhafer Al-Qahtani, His Excellency the University President thanked the employees of the iT administration and the Beneficiaries Relations Center for their efforts to develop an integrated electronic system that ensures the enhancement and improvement of the service delivered to the beneficiaries and raising the quality and level of communication to achieve the desired goals.

On her part the supervisor of the Beneficiaries Relations Center, Dr. Ebtisam Dhafer Al-Qahtani, thanked the President of the University for his support and interest in all things that contribute to the progress and development of the university, praising the efforts of the General Administration of Information Technology and those in charge of the system. She stressed that the system will serve the beneficiaries and help employees and heads of agencies in terms of the possibility of tracking requests and inquiries as well as providing technical services to facilitate tasks , she also indicated that it will also allow employees and beneficiaries to follow up on requests and ensure that they are completed and receive notifications in the event of any of the requests being delayed.

It is worthy noting that, the system provides special reports to entities and those with the authority to review them and ensure the progress of work with daily , weekly and monthly graphic reports
