His Excellency the University President, Prof. Falleh bin Rajaa Allah Al-Solami, issued an administrative decision to form 3 standing committees in managing the student support funds at the Deanship of Students Affairs in order, to facilitate, speed up and independent of the business and the Administration of the Student Support Funds' transactions.

The Dean of The Deanship of Student Affairs, Dr. Abduallah Al-Atheed, explained that these committees include the Open Offer Committee, the Offer Examination Committee, and the Direct Purchase Committee.

The Tasks of the Open Offer Committee include applying the rules of Government Tenders and Procurement Law of the government law.

Regarding the Offer Examination Committee will examine the offers submitted to the university for the Student Fund, study them, ensure the completion of its statutory aspects according to the system, and direct it to achieve the purpose for which the competition was conducted in accordance with the rules, regulations and instructions.

While the most important tasks of the Direct Purchase Committee are to examine the offers that relate to the direct purchase, prepare the necessary documents and submit them to the authorized person with recommendations
