King Khalid University, represented by the Administrative Development Department at the Human Resources Deanship, established a number of training courses for the University employees.

More than 860 University employees benefited from the following five training courses : CoRT Thinking Skills, Teamwork skills, Creative Thinking skills, (TOT) Training of Trainers Course, and Employee Performance Management orientation meeting.

On his part, The Director of the Administrative Development Department at the Deanship of Human Resources, Prof. Ali Al Dumaih, explained that all training courses were supervised by the Dean of Human Resources Deanship, Dr. Ali Jaber Al-Olayani.

These courses are part of a training program dedicated to the University employees, in order to broaden their perception, introduce them to some employee performance management tools, teach them how to create an employee evaluation form, expose them to some essential teamwork skills, and qualify them with the required knowledge to improve their creative thinking skills.
