The Deanship of E-Learning at King Khalid University continues to offer its electronic services. The Deanship’s statistics showed that during the tenth week of the first semester of the 1442 academic year around 11111 virtual session were recorded and 12248 recorded sessions were posted.

The E-Learning Deanship offered three educational videos and a guidebook for faculty members in Arabic. It organized training courses for faculty members which benefitted around 571 faculty member, and courses for female students which benefited 216 students.

The Deanship offers technical support during the tenth week 137 of them were through the phone, 238 through What’s App, 12 through email, 20 through Live Chat and 22 through the Deanship’s office. 69% of the technical support was for faculty members and 31% of it was for students.
