14 Thousand Virtual Lectures During the Ninth Academic Week

The E-learning Deanship at King Khalid University, continues to provide its electronic services, according to the deanship’s statistics the semester ’s ninth week showed the recording of 12879 virtual sessions and 14926 virtual lectures.

On his part the Dean of E-Learning at the University, Dr. Naif Jabali, explained that the Deanship provided 1127 meetings and seminars through the zoom platform, with a total of 8446 hours and 16819 participants, stressing the Deanship ’s keenness to provide educational courses on e-learning mechanisms for male and female students.

The E-Learning Deanship also provided, as part of its series of guide manuals to e -learning two guides in Arabic for faculty members. In addition the e learning Tamkeen Youtube Chanel has witnessed a raise in the number of views from the start of the academic semester, which reached 912,884 views, with 4,298.8 view per hour.

It is worth noting, that during the ninth week the deanship also provided technical support services represented in 112 phone calls , 197 through WhatsApp, 25 through the deanship’s office, 40 Zoom and Live Chat , 11 e-mails, which can be calculated as 55% faculty member support, 45% student support.
