E-Learning Deanship Fifth Week Achievement Report

The Deanship of E-learning at King Khalid University continues the providing of its electronic services. The Statistics for the fifth week showed that 12879 virtual sessions were recorded, and 14926 recorded virtual lectures.

Dr. Naif Jabali, Dean of E-Learning, confirmed that the Deanship has provided a number of training programs and courses for faculty members and students, with 9,886 beneficiaries, which included the celebration of the National Day 90, the program of a precious anniversery and a great nation, and the Course on Promoting Active Learning in E-Learning - Part 1, in addition to Course on E-Assessment Methods and Mechanisms,Jabali noting that the Deanship is also keen to provide educational courses on e-learning mechanisms for students.

The Deanship of E-Learning also presented 4 Arabic videos and 2 infographic designs for students, furthermore, the views umber of Tamkeen's videos from the beginning of the first week reached 95,666 views, with 2,624.4 hours.

Noteworthy, during the fifth week, the Deanship provided technical support services including: 147 technical support by phone; 227 through WhatsApp; 22 through the Deanship’s office; in addition to 12 e-mails, by 61% to support faculty members, and 39% to support students; in addition to 4,200 support services via live chat.
