The Medical Faculties 51 Meeting
His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Solami, sponsored today, Wednesday, the 51st meeting for the deans of medical colleges in the Kingdom at the university city headquarters in Abha, which is held in conjunction with the Saudi International Conference for Medical Education.
At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Solami welcomed the deans of medical colleges, praising the committee’s role and excellence for the recommendations that contributed to the improvement of academic and research aspects, in addition to strengthening the role of medical colleges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The Dean of the College of Medicine at the university, Prof. Suleiman Al-Hamid, explained that the meeting discussed many topics of interest to medical colleges and ensured the colleges continues excellence, pointing to the importance of the committee’s role in achieving medical education development, and exchanging successful practices and experiences between colleges.
During the meeting, the dates and venue of the upcoming Saudi international medical education conferences were proposed, in addition to discussing aspects to benefiting from successful experiences and practices, and enhancing joint cooperation in all fields.
