Rector directs for the establishment of intellectual awareness unit.

The President of King Khalid University (KKU), Prof. Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al dawood has issued a directive to establish a unit of intellectual awareness. The unit is to be interested in achieving leadership in the students' natural construction, in addition to the interest in qualitative development of preventive treatment methods of deviant ideas including features and tools. Likewise, the unit is to be interested in serving the university in particular, and the community in general, through projects and scientific researches, conduct of studies, events and programs that will address the causes, effects, and features of extremism, and to contribute to the strengthening of loyalty and patriotic values inside youth.
