University trained more than 1,600 of its employees.

King Khalid University, signed this week a training contract with Rouyh Center. The agreement is to provide training to university staff. The move comes within the "Benaa" project, which seeks to pay attention to the training of university staff in order to develop their performance in the administrative notch.

The Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education at the University, Dr. Mubarak Said Hamdan explained that "Benaa" project aimed to achieve several objectives, including the development of the employee's performance based on update information and mechanisms of performance, which the officer receives in the training. Such training programs have been enabling the university to occupy its vital and supervisory positions through the output of its trained work force.

It is noteworthy that the first course will be launched under the title 'the art of dealing with the pressures of work', and it will aim at training more than 1,600 (male and female) employees, on a three days a week schedule.
