Agreement Between the University and "Tanami" Charity to Develop Charity work.

To achieve the upmost integration and cooperation between the public and private sector and non-profit organizations, King Khalid University has recently signed an agreement with "Tanami" charity to develop charity work; aiming to encourage professional volunteering through "Jadeer", the smart app.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the university by Dean of the Art and Science College in Sothern Dahran, Prof. Mosfer bin Ahmed Alwada'e, and signed on behalf of "Tanami" by Secretary-General of the charity, Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz ala'wad.

Prof. Mosfer bin Ahmad Alwada'e explaind, the agreement aims to support cooperation between the two parties in the field of studies and research, to take advantage of the research and educational benefits, and to build and design initiatives on many levels to develop the non-profit private sector. The agreement aims to achieve the goals of the Saudi 2030 vision and the Aseer developmental strategy, pertaining to the vitality of the community and to raise the bar of cooperation between different sectors to elevate people and improve their cooperation towards a prosperous development of society. The university seeks to cooperate with the charity to elevate the standard of quality of the non-profit sector in the kingdom, to develop worker's skills in the field, to use what It possess of research capabilities and laboratories for creativity and innovation, and an exceptional research reputation locally, regionally, and internationally. 

"Tanami" is considered one of the leading charities in the field of non-profit sector development, as it offers entrepreneurial projects that support the sector, business incubators, and professional volunteering app, "Jadeer", which offers free of charge consultations to individuals and non-governmental organizations through specialized experts in many fields all over the kingdom. As well as many platforms and initiatives and partnerships and developmental projects with entrepreneurial institutions.
