According to its New Strategy 2030, the University Works Towards Introducing Qualitative Postgraduate Programs

King Khalid University, represented by the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies announced the introduction of a number of qualitative programs in the postgraduate studies level (Higher Diploma, Master's, and Doctorate), in seven different colleges, starting from the next academic year 1445 AH. The programs are to  include new and vital fields such as Heritage, Medical Physics, E-Learning, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence.

The Dean of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies at the university, Prof. Ahmed bin Yahya Al Fai`, explained  that the university, represented by the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and in coordination with the colleges, seeks to update and align its programs with the kingdom’s national strategies and Asir development strategy. He added that the university is also keen on meeting the  needs of the labour market and providing research centres, which serve national and global causes.

It is worth noting, that the university announced earlier the opening of the e-portal to receive applications for postgraduate programs for the academic year 1445 AH, starting from Sunday, the 21st of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, and  until the end of Wednesday the 1st of Muharram.
