University President Discusses Means to Enhance Cooperation with Director General of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs Branch in Asir
His Excellency King Khalid University President, Prof. Faleh bin Rajallah Al-Solami, welcomed in his office at the University City in Al-Fara’a, the General Director of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance branch in Asir, Sheikh Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Khairy, and the Director of the Dawah Department in the branch, Sheikh Aidh bin Mushabab Al-Qahtani.
The two parties discussed a variety of topics such as developing community-based projects, programs, and courses as well as creating constructive collaborations and agreements.
During the meeting, they also covered the launching of the dawah and awareness programs implemented by the branch for university students.
It is worth noting, that the university vice presidents and the supervisor of the intellectual awareness unit at the university attended the meeting.
