The University Council Holds its Eighth Meeting and Approves Student Training Program
On behalf of His Excellency the Minister of Education, His Excellency the President of King Khalid University, Prof. Faleh bin Rajaa Al-Salami, chaired yesterday, Wednesday, the eighth University Council meeting for the academic year 1443, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council for Universities Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Saleh, and the members of the Council.
The university vice president for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research - Secretary of the University Council - Dr. Hamid bin Majdoua Al-Qarni, explained that the council discussed a number of issues and took the necessary actions
Al-Qarni, said that among the most prominent recommendations made by the Council was the recommendation to approve scholarships, extend scholarships, terminate scholarships and the assigning of a number of teaching assistants and lecturers.The council also approved the appointment of a number of university employees to the position of “assistant professor,” as well as agreeing to grant a master’s degree and a doctorate degree to a number of graduate students.
The council also recommended the approval of the student training program for the academic year 1443.
