University 9th Council Meeting
On behalf of His Excellency the Minister of Education, His Excellency the President of King Khalid University Prof. Dr. Faleh bin Raja Allah Al-Salami chaired the 9th university council meeting for the academic year 1442 AH, which was held virtually in the presence of the Secretary General of the University Affairs Council, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Saleh, and the university council members.
The Vice-President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and the Secretary of the University Council - Dr. Hamid bin Majdou 'Al-Qarni, explained that the council discussed a number of topics and necessary recommendations:
1: Recommending the approval of 22 scholarships
2: Appointing (6) faculty members and those of similar rank.
3: Awarding master's and doctoral degrees to (26) postgraduate students.
4: Approving the final accounts of the General Investment Department.
5: Approving the Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education, and the Student Fund for the year 2020.
6: Approving a number of Memoranda of Understandings.
7: Approving the academic calendar for the year 1443 AH.
