Together We Learn Better Initiative Launched by College of Arts and Science at Sarat Abidah
The College of Arts and Science at Sarat Abidah launched the Together We Learn Better Initiative for cooperation between students and the awareness and cultural committee members in the college. The initiative primarily aims to support students who do not have access to internet services.
Department of Mathematics Head, Amira Althaqfan, said: " The Together We Learn Better Initiative aims to get everyone to work together in order to achieve the best online education during the crisis. Students who live in poorly connected areas can obtain videos and explanations through their peers."
Central to the success of the initiative are the student support teams. They serve to assist their peers who are unable to access lectures or complete quizzes and assignments due to technical difficulties or lack of network connections. The student support teams will be compensated for their work and will continue services until the end of the semester.
