King Khalid University (KKU) represented by Admission and Registration Deanship, is announcing the dates of handling schedules for all students in KKU branches, as well as the dates of registration for students from other universities who wish to join KKU.

The process of electronic schedules handling will start from 17 / 12 / 1437 AH, and will continue till 23 / 12 / 1437 AH. This will be done through academia portal, taking into account the availability of sections. The schedules handling via colleges’ registrars will be available during the period from 24 to 29 / 12 / 1437 AH. For the internal and external visitor students, the schedules handling will be available up to 28 / 12 / 1437 AH: this has already begun on 29 / 11 / 1437 AH.

From the other side, the Deanship of Admission and Registration has clarified that it would receive the requests of external visitor students during the period from 17 to 21 / 12 / 1437 AH, through academia portal, which is also according to the available sections. Note that, submission of the applications does not mean the approval for study. In case of initial approval, the students must attach approval letter from his / her university. The Deanship has warned that any incomplete application would be automatically excluded. And in the case of final approval, the student will receive a text message on his / her mobile, including the university academic number.

It is worth to mention, the Deanship of Admission and Registration has launched the application (academia) on Apple and Android devices, in order to facilitate the access for the teachers and students to electronic academic services in one application. Furthermore, the app is supporting two languages; Arabic and English. The app eases for students to make many of the academic procedures such as: deleting and adding courses, and apologizing for courses or semester.
