College of Education concludes students activities for the current semester.

The King Khalid University Vice - President for Educational and Academic Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Hassoun has sponsored today, Monday 23/2/1436 AH, the conclusion ceremony of the student activities for the first semester of (1435/1436 AH). The venue for the event was the Club of the Education Faculty. The ceremony was in collaboration with the Deanship of Student Affairs.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the Dean of the Faculty of Education Dr. Mohammed Safran welcomed the guests, and then talked about the achievements made by the college, as well as the club, in various activities during the current semester, saying that they were the product of strategic plans that were developed before, in order to achieve the lofty educational goals according to human, financial potentialities and interactive, and ambitious youth. He said, "I feel so happy with the provided distinctive programs, active courses, and constructive visits. However, happiness increased when the students get the ultimate benefit in terms of instilling values and behavior modification." Safran also stressed that the educational process is not limited to the curriculum, but also requires the activation of the role of student activities to achieve diversity of learning resources.

On this regard, the vice - President for academic and educational affairs thanked the Student Affairs Deanship which continuously supports the student clubs, and as well thanked those who were involved in those activities. He said, "These activities are just a product of promising hands of the university, on whom the University is proud of, even after their graduation."

After that, there was a photographic report for the student activities that have been implemented during this semester. Then the students of the Sada Al-Ebdaa Primary School performed a stage performance titled "Arabic language is calling for their children". This was followed by a capillary operetta presented by Saeed Alreei and Ali Al-Qahtani. After that, a student - Hatem Al-Manaa - recited a national poem on the occasion, followed by an eloquent poem presented by a student of the Primary School. Finally, there was a recitation operetta presented by the students Hassan Al-Amri, and Elah Asiri.

At the end of the occasion, the Vice - President for Educational Affairs honored the participating college students, teaching staff, and other employees. Moreover, the principal of Sadaa Al-Ebdaa Primary School was also honored. The College of Education Club also offered a memorial shield to His Excellency the Vice - President for Academic and Educational Affairs Dr. Mohammed Al-Hassoun.
